For the people you leave it to
The organized record of everything they'll need.
Every account, property and beneficiary in one place, kept current while you're here, and readable by your family when you're not.
You add statements as they arrive. Estatey reads them, files them, and keeps this document up to date. This sample is fictional. Yours never leaves your Drive.
How it works
Four easy steps
Click a step to see the screen. Nothing here needs doing in one sitting. Most people add a statement or two a month.
Drop in statements as they arrive
PDFs from the bank, a CSV export, or a photo of a paper statement. Estatey reads the institution, account number, balance and date off each one. You don't type any of it.
Have a shoebox of paper? Scan them a few at a time. There is no wrong order.
Confirm what was read
Anything Estatey guessed is shown to you before it counts. Account numbers get a second look, since those are the ones that matter most to an executor.
This is also where you name the beneficiary, so the record says who inherits what, not just what exists.
Add property
The house, the truck, the safe deposit box, the burial plot, the key contacts. These never arrive as a file, and they're the things families hunt for longest.
Short forms, plain questions, and you can leave blanks and come back.
Print it and put it with the will
One PDF, regenerated any time you add something. Paper, because that is what gets found, and because your executor may not have your passwords.
Full account numbers are included on the printed copy, so hand it over the way you'd hand over a deed.
What it holds
The eight things an executor always has to go looking for.
Estatey files each one under a heading your family will recognize, with the paperwork attached and the beneficiary named.

What your family receives
One straightforward document.
Every entry carries the institution, the account number, the beneficiary and the statement it came from, regenerated the moment you add anything.
Sample record below. Yours never leaves your Drive.
Drive-only
We never keep your data.
Everything Estatey creates lives in one folder inside YOUR Google Drive. Not on our servers, not in our database, not in a backup we'd have to tell you about one day. We keep NONE of your account data on our servers. Ever.
If Estatey disappeared tomorrow, the folder, your account data and your PDF would still be on your Google Drive for you to use.
